GTC Group, Inc. (GTC) is a Michigan, U.S.A. company incorporated in January, 1999. In the late 1990s Marvin Toll (President and Founder) observed companies seeking to control staff augmentation costs through standardization of rates while, at the same time, staffing firms sought to maintain margins by lowering the quality of placements.
